Ceremony
As your child prepares for his or her Bar/Bat Mitzvah, let Great Events handle all of your event details. We will custom design a package that meets your needs and expectations as well as your budget. The menu below is a standard list of items we offer. Any or all of the services listed below are available for you to choose from and much more!
- Assist with the selection and design of invitations/stationary (work with religious verbiage and protocol as well as family titles)
- Order and design custom stamps/postage
- Prepare and send invitations
- Handle and organize your guest list and r.s.v.p. list
- Design and order “service booklets” that are specific to your temple
- Act as the liaison between family, ushers, religious personnel, photographer/videographers and any or all vendors
- Arrange guest transportation to and from the ceremony (and celebration)
- Order personalized kippot
- Provide hotel/out of town guests with custom hospitality baskets. They can include a selection of items as well as a welcome letter and directions for the weekend.
- Custom toiletry baskets & personalized napkins for the powder rooms to assure that there are no embarrassing moments for your guests.
- Provide catering for your Kiddush luncheon. Everything from your typical fish platters, salads and bagels to custom omelet and waffle stations
- Provide decor for the kiddush luncheon. (linens, centerpieces, custom dessert displays…)
